Not that my comic is really worth talking about, but at least here is a place that people could if they were so inclined.

This is the laziest way I know to have forum space. A big thanks to you for accommodating my indolence. I owe you lunch. |

Yep! Depth of Field has been around for a long time. Are you the 2nd oldest Stikfas comic, Lauren? Or the first? I think Pulp Fiction might be older? BTW, I like your use of cloth for the beach! |

You know, I don't know if DoF is the oldest or not. I chose Stikfas, not because I was a Stikfan (although I've become one), but rather because my partner was tired of hearing me piss and moan about how I couldn't find the right dolls/figures to do the comic, and she found Stikfas. I fell in love with them right off. That was about 6 months before the comic appeared. In those six months, I did an experimental strip to work out some of my techniques, and worked on writing and plotting. July 5th is the day I call the birthday of DoF, although the cover for the first story was online for nearly a week previous to that. |

Reply with quote | #7 | Hello Lauren, Thanks for the comic. I'm enjoying it. Are you going to make an archive? It would help new people navigate the stories.
